KEIZER, Oregon -- Police in Oregon are looking for a three year old believed to be in Seattle.

Ashton Beavis was taken by his parents, Reginald and Shawna Beavis, on August 20th in Keizer, Oregon.

But the Beavises are not Ashton's legal guardians. Police say they are known drug users, and are charged with failing to comply with a court-ordered drug treatment program.

Ashton is a native American male, 30-inches long and 50 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Police describe Reginald Beavis as native American, 40 years old, 5'1", 155 pounds, brown hair and eyes.

Shawna Beavis is 38 years old, 5'5", 155 pounds with sandy blonde hair and blue eyes.

They were last seen driving a 1996 red Jeep Grand Cherokee, with Oregon license number WCT059.

The whereabouts of the three isn't known. But police say they may be in the Seattle, Portland or in the state of Nevada. Police aren't saying why they believe this.

A state-wide warrant in Oregon has been issued for the Beavises for contempt of court and custodial interference.

People who might have seen the Shawna and Reginald, are asked to call the local authorities.
