RECALLED CASCIOPPO PRODUCTS
Cascioppo Brothers Meats is recalling 2,000 pounds of frozen sausage products.

The Seattle-based company says the meat may contain the allergens milk and soy.

But those ingredients aren't listed on the labels.

The cases bear the establishment number "EST. 17428" within the USDA Mark of Inspection and also advise "KEEP REFRIGERATED." The frozen sausage products were produced on various dates between March 10, 2009 and September 10, 2009, and were distributed to restaurants and FSIS-inspected establishments for further processing in Washington.

If you have any of the products listed, you should Tony Cascioppo at (206) 719-7905.
