Voyeurism Charge Dropped Against Olympia Professor

OLYMPIA, Wash. -- Prosecutors in Thurston County have dropped a voyeurism charge against an Evergreen State College professor.Brian Walter, 36, was arrested in May after a student complained that he acted inappropriately inside a men's locker room on the Olympia campus. In exchange for the dropped charge, Walter must complete a "diversion program" for first-time offenders. A college spokesman said Walter is still teaching at the school and there are no plans to take any disciplinary actions against him.
