Happy Friday morning! A fully engulfed car fire slowed the morning drive through Federal Way. There were numerous accidents overnight with slick roads out there. Here are the things that may have slowed you down Friday morning:

I-5 Federal Way - We watched a car fire on DOT cameras north on the right shoulder just past 168th in Federal Way it happened just after 6:20am. UPDATE: Chopper 7 showed us about 3 miles of backup and the car fire was put out around 6:40am UPDATE: the freeway is all clear now.

Highway 2 at MP 56 a log is blocking both lanes about 4 miles west of Stevens Pass Summit. TIME: 7:00am

Lynnwood: 2 car accident at 44th Ave W & 188th St SW. No injuries reported. TIME: 6:53am

Seattle: Collision on 5900 California Ave. SW. Fire Depart. and Police Depart. are responding. TIME: 6:05am.

I-5 north at 216th fire just arrived to a vehicle with a medical call. This distraction is on the right shoulder. TIME: 5:54am.

SR-512 west to I-5 it looks like there is a WSP trooper on the right shoulder. TIME: 5:50am

Seatac to Des Moines: DOT Cameras spotting 3 lanes blocked on I-5 Southbound at 178thSt. TIME: 5:20am UPDATE: I-5 southbound just south of SR 518 collision blocking 4 left lanes, Fire Dept, State Patrol on scene (via WSDOT). TIME 5:40am

Pierce County: Watch out for animals when it's dark out. A car has hit a deer on SR 410 at Ehli Hill. TIME: 4:56am

We saw a single car rollover on Eastbound 90 to I-405 in our DOT cameras . Be careful it's slippery out there. TIME: 4:50am

Kitsap County: A car slid off of the road in Poulsbo on Rhododendron Ln NW & NW Thompson Rd. Aid responded. TIME: 3:42am

Overnight Construction: I-405 through Renton, I-5 through Northgate, I-5 at I-90 ramps should be wrapped up by 5am.

Weekend Construction:
The eastbound SR 520 off-ramp to West Lake Sammamish Parkway will be closed around-the-clock Friday, Oct. 16 through Monday, Oct. 19 for excavation and repaving work.

The Central Washington University football team plays Western Oregon University at Qwest Field. The game begins at 6 p.m. The Seattle Thunderbirds play the Prince George Cougars at the ShoWare Center in Kent. The game begins at 7:05 p.m. Jay-Z in concert at KeyArena. The concert begins at 8 p.m.

Sunday
The Seattle Seahawks play the Arizona Cardinals at Qwest Field. The game begins at 1:05 p.m.
