TUMWATER, Wash. -- Police are turning to the public in hopes of identifying a man they said broke into a Tumwater espresso stand last summer.Police on Wednesday released surveillance photos showing the man who broke into Capitol Perks Espresso at about 11 p.m. on Aug. 23.He broke a drive-through window with a ball peen hammer, police said.He is white, with a medium build, facial hair and dark shaved hair. He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, a quilted pattern black jacket, long blue shorts and slipper shoes at the time of the burglary.
