Two People Hurt In Traffic Crash On Interstate 5 In Seattle

Two people were hurt in a traffic crash early Saturday on Interstate 5 in Seattle.

The Washington State Patrol said that a driver going southbound hit the jersey barrier on Interstate 5 near the Interstate 90 interchange around 2 a.m. KIRO 7 reported.

The car then spun around and began travelling north, in the southbound lanes

Another car travelling southbound tried avoid the northbound car but crashed on another jersey barrier.

The state patrol said they believe alcohol was involved.

Both drivers were transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
