In that incident, it was ruled a medical issue caused the crash. It’s not known if a medical problem also led to the crash into the 7-Eleven, but police are trying to obtain Kinney’s medical records.Police are also recommending the state revoke his license because they believe he's too dangerous to allow on the road."He's for some reason driven into two buildings in less than a year. That is pretty unusual for a safe normal driver," Captain John Green of the Aberdeen Police Department.
