TULALIP, Wash. -- A Snohomish County fugitive who was wanted in the death of his girlfriend's baby was arrested Friday, KIRO 7's partner the Daily Herald said.James Fryberg was also wanted in connection with a pharmacy robbery this week in Marysville.Police found the 21-year-old Fryberg in the woods near the Tulalip reservation, the area of his last known address.Fryberg had been on the run for over three days after skipping a bail hearing. Soon after, police said he robbed a Haggan pharmacy.Fryberg was arrested last year, accused of beating 5- month-old Damonico Ashby to death.The man was free on a 1$00,000 bail. On Tuesday, prosecutors planned on asking for Fryberg's bail to be raised to $1 million. He failed to appear and became a wanted fugitive.
