Puppy Stolen From Burien Pet Store Found Safe

A 10-week-old puppy stolen from a Burien pet store was found safe, said the King County Sheriff’s Office.

The puppy was stolen shortly after 4 a.m. Thursday from “A Place For Pets” at 431 SW 152 St.

The female Scottish Terrier was found by King County deputies who responded to a 911 call on Sunday. A 17-year-old girl at the scene told deputies another teen suspected of assaulting her had stolen the dog, the sheriff's office said.

The puppy was returned to the pet store.

No one has been arrested in connection to the incident.
