Parents Of Train Accident Victim Sue Railroad

SEATTLE -- The parents of a girl struck and killed by a train near the Golden Gardens Park in Seattle have sued the railroad.
The suit filed on behalf of Mary Nelson says Burlington Northern Santa Fe was aware of the hazards but failed to prevent her death.Parents Gary and Rosemary Nelson also have filed a claim against the city for the death three years ago.
