Relatives Caring For Children Of Slain Bellevue Woman

BELLEVUE, Wash. -- Relatives are taking care of the four daughters of a pregnant 33-year-old single mother killed in Bellevue.
The girls range in age from four to 12.A candlelight vigil was held Tuesday night for Cassandra Lynn Oliphant by more than 100 friends and neighbors. They called her "Big Red" because of her red hair and said she was a good neighbor who took groceries to the elderly and helped translate for Spanish-speaking residents.
Her body was found Monday along a wooded trail near Bellevue Community College.Court documents said she was strangled and likely sexually assaulted.Police arrested a 29-year-old man who was found shirtless at the scene, hiding in bushes.Ignacio Aguilar Rosas, was ordered held Tuesday with bail set at $2 million.King County prosecutors have until Thursday to file a charge.
