Once the high-speed craft is built, take a picture, fill out an entry form and submit them to Seafair at http://www.seafair.com. Sixty lucky kids will be selected to ride their bikes in the Alaska Airlines Torchlight Parade (July 25) towing their Wooden Hydroplane and ten of them will win a new bicycle, courtesy the Seafair Clowns.
