Investigators also told KIRO 7 more victims have come forward, saying the men terrorized them and caused them to keep their children indoors. Police said these men even threatened to shoot officers.

At 10:30 p.m. Monday, Abduwal Woodruff walked across his street to ask his neighbors to stop shooting off loud fireworks. "At that time I had enough," said Woodruff. "I'm not going to be a prisoner on my own block."

Woodruff said his 34-year-old neighbor and that neighbor's 21-year-old friend threatened to kill him and yelled racial slurs. "Just an immediate attack, just screaming and yelling racial slurs," said Woodruff. "One jumped over the fence like he wanted to fight me."

Officers said the violence escalated when they arrived on scene. They said the men set fire to their own property with lacquer and used an oar to attack an officer.

Both suspects are being held in Kitsap County Jail for malicious harassment and reckless burning. Bail was set at $100,000 and $150,000.
