2-year-old injured after being struck by vehicle in Arlington

ARLINGTON, Wash. —

A 2-year-old boy was injured after he was hit by a vehicle Saturday morning, according to a City of Arlington official.

 

The incident happened at 11 a.m. on private property at the 100 block of East Highland Drive.

 

Arlington police and fire responded to the scene and when they arrived, they treated the boy for his injuries.

 

Officials said the boy was responsive to medical service personnel during his treatment.

 

The boy was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center for further evaluation and possible treatment.
