250 Stryker Soldiers Returning To Fort Lewis



FORT LEWIS, Wash. —

The first flight of Fourth Stryker Brigade Combat Team, Second Infantry Division's Soldiers returning with their units from the brigade's 15-month deployment to Iraq is expected to arrive on Thursday.

Approximately 250 soldiers assigned to the Fourth Battalion, Ninth Infantry Regiment will return to Fort Lewis to be welcomed home by family and friends in a ceremony scheduled to take place at 3 p.m. at Soldiers Field House.

The majority of the soldiers in the fourth brigade are scheduled to return to Fort Lewis over the next three weeks.
