BELLEVUE, Wash. —
Undercover detectives arrested four women in raids at two spas in Bellevue last week, police said.
The women face charges ranging from prostitution to massage without a license, Bellevue police said in a news release issued Thursday.
The raids, on one spa near Bellevue Way and Main Street and another in the 16400 block of Northeast Eighth Street, were conducted with help from the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health.
Police said they are working with property management companies to evict spas offering illegal services.
The Bellevue Police Vice Unit has made over 55 arrests and closed 12 spas. Their investigation is continuing, police said.
