The woman behind the wheel was not seriously hurt.

"The bed shook and I thought, 'Oh, earthquake,'" said Marjorie Larson, a neighbor.

The Oldsmobile shot through the back end of the street-level garage and ended up wedged between the garage and a neighboring townhouse.

"She said she backed her car out and … then changed her mind. And so she drove back in the garage. She said the car wouldn't stop," Larson said.

Video from Chopper 7 showed an elderly woman being comforted following the accident.

Two tow trucks were brought in to remove the car.
