Man taken into custody after Amber Alert issued for 2-year-old girl from Yakima-Toppenish area

WHITE SWAN, Wash. —

An Amber Alert that was issued Friday night for a man who left the Yakima-Toppenish area with a 2-year-old girl has been cancelled, and the man was taken into custody.

 

According to officials, 28-year-old Chet Moses left with 2-year-old Jessi Moses, and was possibly on his way to the Spokane area.

 

Moses’ vehicle was described as a 2001 dark blue Ford Explorer with Washington plate 655XJW.

 

According to officials, Moses was taken into custody by the Kennewick Police Department without incident and 2-year-old Jessi Moses was located and unharmed.
