Police tell KIRO 7 Eyewitness News that the suspect is Justo F. Lopez, 44. He is described as an Hispanic male with brown eyes and curly brown hair and a thin mustache. He is 6 feet tall and weighs between 180 and 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue knit cap, white shirt and jeans.

Police believe Lopez was accompanied by two other Hispanic men during the abduction.

He was believed to be travelling in a white 1997 Ford Explorer, Washington plate 202 SKP. The vehicle was found Thursday night. Police are asking the public to be on the lookout for a white 1990 Chevrolet cargo van, license plate unknown.

The missing are described as Yvonne Lopez, 28, an Hispanic woman with long blonde hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 10 inches tall with crooked teeth.

The daughter is a 3-year-old Jolina Lopez, an Hispanic girl with light, curly brown hair. Jolina has a chipped tooth. She was last seen wearing an orange shirt and light-blue shorts.

The third victim is Emily Torres, 16, an Hispanic girl who is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has shoulder-length dyed red hair. She was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue jeans and red and white Michael Jordan tennis shoes.

Federal Way police are asking anyone who may know the whereabouts of Lopez or the Chevy van to call 911 immediately.
