WOODINVILLE, Wash. —

A man who robbed a Woodinville bank Thursday used a small bicycle to flee the scene, King County police said.

The robbery occurred about 10 a.m. at the Key Bank at 14040 Woodinville-Duvall Road.

Police said the robber was wearing a mask and carrying a handgun when he entered the bank, jumped onto the counter and pulled bills from two cash drawers before leaving.

Witnesses told police they saw the man pedaling away from the bank riding a black and red BMX bike.

The robber is described as an adult man with black hair wearing a black mask, dark blue sweatshirt, dark pants, black baseball hat, and black gloves. His race is not known.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call the King County Sheriff's Department.
