Body Pulled From Federal Way Lake



FEDERAL WAY, Wash. —

Federal Way police said a body was pulled from Steel Lake in Federal Way Tuesday morning around 9 a.m.

Authorities said the body was discovered when someone first saw some clothing lying on a dock and then flagged a nearby ambulance crew down. One of the ambulance crew jumped in and pulled the body out of the water.

Federal Way Police Department public information officer Stacy Flores said a death investigation is in progress at the scene.

Police said the victim is a white male.
