14-Year-Old Pulled From Lake Washington

SEATTLE —

A 14-year old boy was recovering at Children's Hospital Thursday after a swimming accident in Lake Washington.

Boy Pulled From Water

The boy was swimming with friends near a boat ramp in South Seattle when he disappeared underwater Wednesday.

After performing CPR, firefighters took him to the hospital.

He was unconscious and had a faint pulse when he arrived at Children's Hospital in Seattle.

Because of new federal laws, hospital officials did not release any more information on his condition.
