ISSAQUAH, Wash. —
The month of September has been one of our driest Septembers on record, and as we move into October, not much of a change in our weather pattern is expected over the weekend and into next week. This means a high fire danger remains in effect and these conditions continue to pose a risk and potential concern for many of our neighborhoods and communities.
Eastside Fire & Rescue and many other fire departments in King County Zone 1 have been responding to small brush fires along highways, roadways, neighborhood greenbelts, and park settings.
Below are the totals for September and October.
