Car Crash Leaves Gaping Hole In Medical Clinic

SEATTLE —

A car heading northbound on Rainier Avenue South in Seattle left a large hole in a medical clinic after it went out of control and careened into the building.

Seattle police said the driver missed a turn and crashed into the Rainier Beach Medical Clinic shortly before 1 a.m. Tuesday.

The two occupants of the car fled but were later caught on Lake Washington Boulevard, police said.

No one was injured.

The details of why the two people fled were not immediately available.
