SEATTLE —
Michael Brian Tooley, 20, will be arraigned Aug. 3 in King County Superior Court.
He's accused of beating and stabbing John Gregory Baker, 46, and shooting him five times in the head.
Tooley was arrested July 20 after crashing Baker's car into parked cars. Police said Tooley had also stolen a lighter from a grocery store and threatened the clerk with a gun.
Court documents filed by prosecutors indicate Tooley told police he shot Baker because he tried to molest him. Police also said Tooley told several conflicting version of events.
