Child Luring Reported In Issaquah



ISSAQUAH, Wash. —

Issaquah Police responded to a report of a possible child luring in the 4300 block of 182nd Avenue Southeast.

Police said a man driving a newer dark purple four-door SUV approached a 12 -year-old boy who was walking on the sidewalk Tuesday afternoon at about 2:45 p.m. Police said the driver of the SUV asked the boy if he wanted a ride. The boy said no, and man asked if he was sure.

The driver is described as white, 50 years old with short gray hair and dark eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Sergeant Bob Porter or the on-duty patrol sergeant with the Issaquah Police Department at 425-837-3200.
