Meanwhile, police revealed new information about the man suspected of dousing himself, his girlfriend and three young children with gasoline and igniting all of them. All five people died.

The man is identified as Genario Garcia, 24. The woman -- 18-year-old Antigone Monique Allen -- was Garcia's estranged girlfriend.

Garcia and Allen reportedly had a troubled relationship with some domestic violence in their history.

Pierce County sheriff's spokesman Ed Troyer said Allen filed an assault complaint against Garcia last month and Garcia was arrested.

A deputy was assigned to the case but Troyer says the woman failed to follow through to press charges.

Troyer said the couple were off-and-on, in the process of getting back together or breaking up.
