In court documents filed Tuesday in the case against Abraham Boulder, the Prosecutor said that Boulder was pounding on the door of another condo when Eleni Varlamos opened her door to see what was going on.

Boulder struck Varlamos in the head with the butt of the rifle, knocking her to the floor, then turned on her husband, Nick, who had just woken up from a nap, according to the documents. Boulder hit him in the head with the gun, and said "I'll kill you!" the documents said.

"Eleni tried to wrestle the gun from Boulder, but could not so she bit him, causing him to drop the gun. Eleni then grabbed the gun and struck Boulder over the head with it. This caused him to flee the residence," taking the stock of the now-broken BB gun but leaving the barrel behind, the documents said.

Officers arriving at the scene saw Boulder "covered in blood," the documents said, and they yelled at him to drop the gun and get on the ground. He did not comply, so they used a Taser on him, causing him to fall to the ground. He continued to resist arrest, so officers "re-applied the taser," and then handcuffed him.

He is being held in jail on $500,000 bail.
