Crash Causes Fence To Slice Through Car, Killing Man

KING COUNTY, Wash. —

A man was killed in a single-car crash after a 2x4 from a fence sliced through the car and killed the driver.

The crash happened at Witte Road Southeast and Southeast 228th Street in unincorporated Maple Valley at about 1:30 a.m.

Deputies said the victim could have survived the crash if the fence had not sliced through the car.
