Detectives Seeking Witnesses To Hit-And-Run

SKAGIT COUNTY, Wash. —

Washington State Patrol detectives are seeking additional witnesses to a hit-and-run injury crash that occurred on state Route 20 near Higgins Airport in Skagit County on Nov. 27 at 10:50 p.m.

Police said a green Kia Sportage, driven by Jason Humphrey, was traveling westbound on SR 20 when it struck a tractor-trailer. As a result of the crash, a female passenger in the Kia was injured. Police said Humphrey fled the scene, leaving the hurt female passenger in the Kia.

Detectives ask that anyone who may have seen the collision or who knows Humphrey’s whereabouts to contact Detective Don Cunningham at (360) 658-2588 extension 140.
