Driver Flees After Crashing $117K Maserati

SEATTLE —

A Maserati worth more than $100,000 was totaled after slamming into a utility pole in Fremont early Monday.

A KIRO 7 News crew shot video of the crash at Aurora Avenue North and North 40th Street at about 1:30 a.m.

Police said the driver ran from the scene.

The base price of a Maserati Gran Turismo is about $117,000.

Authorities are checking to find out if the car was stolen.
