Driver Tries To Flee Rollover Wreck in Des Moines

Three people were inside a car when it flipped on Des Moines Memorial Drive near South 194th Street early Friday morning.

Witnesses said it looked like two passengers were ejected and were lying on the pavement.

Investigators said the driver tried to flee the scene in another car, but officers quickly stopped the person.

None of the three people involved in the crash suffered life-threatening injuries. Police suspect alcohol was involved.
