Elderly Woman Struck By Bus In Seattle

SEATTLE —

An elderly woman was struck by a bus at 5th Avenue North and Harrison Street in Seattle, said KIRO 7 reporter Chris Legeros at the scene.

The woman suffered a bump on the head after she was hit at about 11 a.m. Friday by a Gray Line double-decker bus.

Legeros said the woman has non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital.

Eyewitnesses said the woman was in the crosswalk when she was knocked off her feet.

Police are still investigating.
