Ellensburg Infant Found Safe In Spokane; Amber Alert Cancelled



SPOKANE —

Spokane Police report that an eleven-and-a-half-month-old boy snatched from a shopping cart in a Safeway in Ellensburg on Saturday has been found safe in Spokane on Sunday morning.

The boy had been with his

grandmother and was seen screaming as a woman rushed him out of the

supermarket Saturday evening.

Police found the infant and the woman who allegedly took him in a Spokane residence early Sunday morning.
