Family Escapes Gunshot Through Window

KITSAP COUNTY, Wash. —

Eight people in South Kitsap County escaped unharmed after a man fired his hunting rifle into their home in the 10,000 block of Glenwood Road Sunday, reported KIRO 7 Eyewitness News.

The family said they were watching the Seattle Seahawks game when a bullet shattered their living room window.

Authorities said the culprit was a 40-year-old neighbor who had been drinking when he accidentally fired a shot while showing off his new hunting rifle.
