BELLEVUE, Wash. —

The father of missing Redmond boy Sky Metalwala is asking doctors who may have treated his son since May 2011 to come forward in a new push to find the child.

Solomon Metalwala recently gained custody of his daughter and he's been trying to get her medical history, but said he can't find any doctors who have treated her or Sky.

Metalwala said he’s concerned that Sky might have disappeared months before he was reported missing by mother Julia Biryukova in November.

He’s asking local pediatricians who may have treated his children since May 2011, or anyone else with information, to come forward.

“We need to find out if Sky was even in this state or in his home from May 2011 forward,” said Metalwala’s attorney, Clay Terry.

“Tell us what you know. Maybe you think it’s nothing, but it could be the missing piece and this puzzle could be solved,” said Metalwala.

Biryukova told police Sky disappeared from a parked car on Nov. 6, but the boy’s father questions whether his son was ever there.

Metalwala is filing the paperwork that legally frees doctors and other medical workers to come forward and talk to Bellevue police about Sky's health care visits, especially in the last year.

"We just need one person, one person to say, 'You know what?  I have been burning in my chest, I cannot eat, I cannot sleep, I cannot function.  I’ve got to let someone know what I know.’  And we are looking for that person to just come forward,” said Metalwala.
