SEATTLE —

A Northwest Airlines DC-10 from Amsterdam to Seattle landed at Moses Lake, Wash. Tuesday afternoon because of fog at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, KIRO 7 Eyewitness News reported.

Because there is no international terminal at Grant County Airport, passengers had to sit on the plane for hours following the landing.

On Tuesday evening, the Northwest Airlines Web site showed the flight as scheduled to arrive at Sea-Tac Airport at 8 a.m. Wednesday.
