PORT ORCHARD, Wash. —

On Friday evening, an 18-year-old woman, a 26-year-old woman, a 30-year-old man and a 37-year old man were booked into Kitsap County jail Friday in connection with the fatal shooting of Washington State Patrol Trooper Tony Radulescu, according to the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office. All four suspects are from South Kitsap.

Detectives took the four people into custody after interviewing numerous people who lived at the address of where Joshua Blake, the man who authorities said killed Radulescu, abandoned his green 1999 Ford F-350 truck after shooting Radulescu, said the sheriff’s office.

Authorities said Friday evening, the 18-year-old woman was determined to be a passenger in Blake’s truck when he fatally shot Radulescu. She was held at the Kitsap County Jail on suspicion of rendering criminal assistance, and her bail was set to $500,000.

The other woman and men were arrested for rendering criminal assistance and on $500,000 bail, according to the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office.

All four people are expected to be arraigned in Kitsap County Superior Court on Monday afternoon.

The first arrest  made in connection with the shooting happened Friday morning when Jessi Leigh Foster, 32, was arrested, and made her first court appearance Friday. Foster is the ex-girlfriend of Blake, and she was accused of helping Blake after the shooting.

A judge found probably cause for Foster’s charge, but did not enter a plea Friday. Her court date was set for next month.

Detectives with the sheriff’s office are continuing to investigate.

Radulescu was fatally shot Thursday morning on Highway 16 in Gorst after making a routine traffic stop before 1 a.m.
