Health Department Warns Against Eating Too Much Chinook



OLYMPIA, Wash. —

The state Health Department says people should not eat Puget Sound chinook salmon more than once a week.

The department says chinook have elevated levels of mercury and PCB's.

But overall, the department says salmon and most other fish are healthy food choices.
