New Suspected SARS Case In Western Washington



SEATTLE —

There's a new suspected case of SARS in our area.

A woman in her 40's who lives in Pierce County is recovering from symptoms consistent with the disease, health officials said.

The woman traveled to Asia recently and was not hospitalized.

There are now a total of 29 suspected SARS cases in Washington.

Two are considered probable cases.
