Hit-And-Run Driver Strikes 13-Year-Old Girl



BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, Wash. —

Police on Bainbridge Island are looking for a hit-and-run driver who struck a 13-year-old girl on Thursday night.

The girl was hit as she was walking northbound on Sportsman Club Road at about 7:45 p.m.

She used her cell phone to call for help.

She suffered arm and leg injuries.

Police said the car was a Honda, which is now missing a passenger-side mirror and may have damage to the front passenger-side fender.
