HOOD CANAL, Wash. —
According to a report from the Orca Network, one or two humpback whales were spotted in Hood Canal on Friday.
The Orca Network newsletter said the organization couldn’t recall a report of a humpback whale ever being seen in that area.
The sighting report said the whale or whales were in the north estuary section near Broadspit in Dabob Bay.
