Insane Killer Faces Financial Problems



SPOKANE, Wash. —

An insane killer who escaped from Eastern State Hospital In Spokane has financial troubles.

Phillip Paul escaped during a field trip to the Spokane Fair earlier this month.

Paul filed for Chapter Seven bankruptcy protection in July.

Paul owes more than $85,000 to credit card companies.

The charges were run up during conditional releases to a residential facility in Spokane.
