Intelius Founder Pleads Guilty To Grand Jury Lies

SEATTLE —

Intelius Inc. co-founder John Kenneth Arnold has pleaded guilty to lying to a federal grand jury about strip-club sex acts.

Court records show the Bellevue business executive entered the plea last week after prosecutors agreed not to request a sentence of any longer than one month, the Associated Press reported.

Arnold will be sentenced in September.

Arnold was arrested in January and charged with lying to a grand jury investigating Seattle strip club boss Frank Colacurcio Sr.

In his plea agreement he admitted he lied when he testified he never engaged in sex acts with dancers at Rick's strip club in Seattle, and when he said he'd been there no more than 20 times. In reality he visited the club much more often.
