The Department of Transportation said all lanes and ramps at the I-405/I-90 interchange were opened just after noon.

Earlier, the spill blocked the ramps from both directions of I-405 to westbound I-90.

The City of Renton said traffic was backed up into downtown Renton.

Video from the helicopter showed crews putting sand on some areas of the pavement, indicating a possible fuel spill.
