Over ten Christian, Muslim, Jewish and non-denominational organizations are collaborating to conduct an Interfaith program to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the events of 9/11.

This is the second 9/11 Interfaith program hosted by the Northlake Unitarian Universalist Church and IMAN Center. In 2010, over 300 people attended a reading of the Qur'an in English and Arabic in response to the planned burning of the Qur'an in Florida.

This year's Interfaith program will be held at the larger venue of Kirkland Performance Center and includes many more diverse congregations to amplify the connectedness of all people and to build healing.
