TACOMA, Wash. —
Tacoma police arrested the suspect in the rape of a developmentally disabled man at a local park.
Police said Jerry Albert Johnson, Jr. lured the 24-year-old into a bathroom and assaulted him late last month.
Acting on a tip, Tacoma police arrested Johnson Thursday afternoon without incident.
Pierce County prosecutors issued a warrant for the 46-year-old Johnson on a count of second-degree rape. Johnson is also registered as a level-three sex offender in King County.
