SEATTLE —
A man was killed Friday afternoon after he fell through scaffolding at a Elliott Bay shipyard.
Seattle fire said the accident occurred at Vigor Shipyards, formerly Todd Pacific Shipyards, when the man fell 70 to 100 feet and suffered major trauma.
Medics responded but were unable to revive the man, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim’s identity has not been released.
