Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a bank robber who held up a US Bank in the Fife area.

Puyallup Tribal Police said the bank in the 5500 block of Pacific Highway East was robbed at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Police said the man gave a note to the teller demanding cash and then took the money and fled.

The robber is described as black, in his early 30s, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs about 160 pounds and has a medium build.  During the robbery he was seen wearing a vintage Marcus Camby Denver Nuggets basketball jersey over a black long-sleeved shirt.  He wore dark pants and a gray knit stocking cap.

Tipsters can receive up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and charges filed for the person responsible in this case.
