Microsoft Worker Arrested In Online Sting

A Microsoft worker has been accused of attempted child rape and attempted child molestation, KIRO 7 Eyewitness News reported.

The man was arrested Thursday and was released on bail.

Tacoma police said investigators have been chatting online with the 27-year-old man since April, posing as a 13-year-old.

Police said the suspect was trying to arrange a meeting with what he thought was the girl and was chatting online from his job at Microsoft.
